We dispatch from Lithuania (EU), Monday–Friday. Every order ships with tracking.

- Standard orders: 1–4 working days
- Custom orders: 1–5 working days

Order tracking
You will get a tracking link by email once we ship your order.
Please note
- Import duties and taxes are included in the shipping price (DDP). We cover all import fees for your delivery.
- You won’t be asked to pay customs charges on delivery. If a courier requests payment by mistake, don’t pay it — contact us and we’ll sort it out.
- Inspect the parcel before signing. If it looks damaged, ask the courier to note it, take photos, and contact us.
- If the package is damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can help.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs processing, but we’ll help you track the shipment and resolve issues.
