Die-Cut decal/sticker

Our decals are die-cut and made ofSpecial PVC film with an outdoor durability up to 5 years. We use Oracal Intermediate 651 Vinyl. Specialty Fantasy Holographic Glitter Film varies (and have different properties than 651 vinyl, and have rigid, metalized PVC with a permanent clear acrylic adhesive) and have an outdoor durability up to 3-5 years. All decals are made to order and weeded out by hand.  In addition each decal is layered with a clear/paper like transfer tape and paper backing for easy installation.

How long will it take to get my decals?

Once purchased, please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your order.  Each decal is weeded by hand manually but of course we try to send out order a sooner than later.)  For bulk or custom orders the process will take longer, 2 - 10 business days.  Once item is processed it is shipped out. 

Where is my shipment?

We try our best to get shipments out in a timely manner. But please be PATIENT if tracking may still say "Pre-Transit" for a while and doesn't show any movement. USPS (sometimes) does NOT always update their tracking until it's already in the same city as the destination, and USPS has been experiencing delays to shipments traveling to certain areas of the United States due to Covid-19. 

Items are shipped out 1-2 days after a label is printed out, after that it is in the hands of USPS (or other couriers such as DPD, TNT, FEDEX, POST NL or DHL). Please be patient IF you do experience any delays. And contact me if you have any questions regarding your shipments or if it has been 3 weeks and there is still no movement.

Can I track my order?

You will receive an email once your order has shipped.  Copy your tracking number and enter the info atusps.com.  For car accessories and other items in the Shop, please use 17track.net/en.

Installation

Most of our products are easy enough for a beginner to install and are packaged with installation guide.

I made a mistake installing my vinyl. Can you send me a new one?

We are not responsible for any errors made during the application and installation of our products.

Do you accept artworks for custom orders?

If you already have an artwork that you need cut, we accept files in .png, .pdf, .ai, .svg, .eps, and even .jpg files if it meets the requirements. Please have artwork in 300dpi and in black & white. Reach out to us via our Contact Page for a price quote / contracted invoice.

Return policy

We do not accept returns and do not refund for custom made orders. Returns and exchanges (or refunds) are accepted only for non-custom made orders if there are manufacturing quality issues within 14 days from the delivery of your order.Shipping of returns is at Buyers expenses. You must use shipping company that provides a shipping number. After receiving the stickers/decals back and having confirmed our fault, we will send you a new set of stickers or refund your money.Please send photos of damaged or defected items to info@brokenstickers.com
